Fortune's 75th anniversary

The Washington Post’s Peter Carlson has a nice review of Fortune magazine’s 75th anniversary in this morning’s paper. You can read about it here.

Peter looks at the good and the bad from the past 75 years. My favorite is the fact that the magazine didn’t think that FDR would be re-elected in 1940. Peter also liked the memoirs of Carol Loomis in the issue.
