WSJ markets reporter McCabe moving to London

Caitlin McCabe

Wall Street Journal markets reporter Caitlin McCabe is moving to London to cover markets from a global perspective.

She will continue to write about U.S. markets on occasion.

McCabe has been at the Journal for two years. She previously was a Philadelphia Inquirer real estate reporter.. She also was a suburbs reporter for the Inquirer.

She has covered everything from the Amtrak train crash to the arrested-then-exonerated Temple physicist to a presidential candidate named Donald Trump. McCabe had internships at Bloomberg News, the Wall Street Journal and the Charlotte Observer’s business desk.

Chris Roush

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
