Spectrum News names Espinoza politics ME

Daisy Espinoza

Daisy Espinoza is moving to a new position as the senior managing editor of politics for Spectrum News in Southern California.

She’ll be overseeing the network’s political coverage throughout all day parts.

Espinoza joined Spectrum News 1 for its launch in 2018 as executive producer of the primetime political program “Inside The Issues.” She was promoted to senior executive producer in April 2022.

She previously worked as a news producer and executive producer at Telemundo 52 for almost four years.

Espinoza also spent a decade at Univision Sacramento in various roles in front and behind the camera, including producer, reporter and host.
