Concord Monitor hires Towfighi to cover a new beat

Michaela Towfighi

Michaela Towfighi has joined the Concord Monitor as a Two New Hampshires reporter covering working and middle class residents as a Report for America corps member.

Recently, Towfighi worked at The 9th Street Journal in Durham, N.C. as a reporter and recently, as a student editor. The Journal is published by students in the DeWitt Wallace Center for Media & Democracy in the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University.

Towfighi is a Duke University graduate.
