Senior editor Angela Moore has taken on a new role at MarketWatch leading several key initiatives.
Most notably, Moore is now overseeing a re-branding and re-imagining of the website’s coverage of the rite of passage known as retirement, which MarketWatch considers one of the most important money/investing/lifestyle issues facing its readers.
Moore will also spearhead efforts to rethink and expand MarketWatch’s content partnerships and bring new voices onto the site.
Her previous roles at MarketWatch have included personal finance editor, commentary editor and consumer news editor. She joined the website in December 2005 after seven years at Reuters as a correspondent.
She has a bachelor’s degree from Hampshire College and a master’s degree in journalism from New York University.
