Alastair O’Dell will be joining the Institutional Finance team as a financial journalist.
His new role begins July 12.
He joins from PE Media Network where he established and was editor of the Transition Economist and the Hydrogen Economist.
He has also worked freelance and contributed to numerous investment and financial publications, including Professional Pensions, Risk, Global Investor, Pensions Age, Insurance Asset Management, Incisive Works and Control Risks.
Previously, he was editor, Global Investor Group, at Euromoney. He also served as features editor, Pensions Insight and Engaged Investor at Newsquest Specialist Media Ltd.
O’Dell was also deputy editor of UBM Plc.
O’Dell holds degrees from the University of Sydney and UCL, and is a NCTJ-certified journalist.
