Milwaukee Biz Journal hires Nykiel as reporter

Teddy Nykiel

Teddy Nykiel started Monday as the Milwaukee Business Journal’s new technology, startups and residential real estate reporter.

Editor Mark Kass writes, “Nykiel was most recently an associate digital editor for Taste of Home in Milwaukee. Previously, she spent five years as a writer for NerdWallet in San Francisco before moving to Milwaukee. She has also contributed to the Milwaukee Business Journal as a freelance writer in recent months.

“She brings a wealth of multi-media experience, along with her strong reporting background. We are so pleased to have her join our amazing staff.

Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill.
