Bloomberg signs deal with talent agency

WME has signed Bloomberg Media with the aim to convert the global media brand’s journalism and news franchises into film and TV projects for third-party platforms such as subscription streaming services.

These franchises include Bloomberg TV, the Bloomberg Quicktake video service, Bloomberg New Economy, the Bloomberg Businessweek magazine and other editorial brands like Bloomberg Green and Bloomberg CityLab.

Bloomberg Media offers news and analytics on business, finance, technology, climate change and politics. The company’s reporting has earned it the Pulitzer Prize, George Polk awards, Loeb awards and other honors.
