Bloomberg News has hired Elizabeth Rembert to cover municipal finance.
She will start Dec. 16 and be based in New York.
Rembert is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and for the last several years has been working as a senior reporter for Nebraska Public Media News, covering abortion and reproductive healthcare while also producing radio interviews and newscasts for NPR.
Before moving to Lincoln, Rembert worked at Bloomberg for two years and was a former rotator in the New York newsroom.
