NY Times Investigations move, San Antonio’s reporter hire, Conde Nast’s British Vogue promotion

After a lauded run on the New York Times Metro desk, Pulitzer Prize winner Brian Rosenthal (pictured) is moving to the Investigations team as a reporter. The San Antonio Express-News has hired Annasofia Scheve as a trending reporter fresh from a Cincinnati Enquirer internship, and British Vogue has named Chioma Nnadi head of editorial content.
