Louisville Public Media hires Munoz as biz and development reporter

Jacob Munoz

Jacob Munoz has joined Louisville Public Media as a business and development reporter.

Amina Elahi, city editor, said, “Jacob is sure to bring a fresh perspective to our coverage, and I look forward to working with him to build this new beat for WFPL.”

Munoz has previously written for Northwestern Magazine and Smithsonian Magazine, where he was an intern. He has also covered sporting events on campus and out of state for North by Northwestern, the student-run online news publication.

Munoz graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and psychology.
