He previously covered Airbnb, online travel companies and dating apps for Bloomberg, which he joined four years ago. Previously, he wrote about the FX/rates markets, energy companies and ESG finance.
In addition, his work has also appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Portland Business Journal, Eugene Weekly and The Portland Tribune.
Tobin holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from University of Oregon, where he was editor-in-chief of the student newspaper.
