He joined the Review-Journal in July 2022 as a general assignment business reporter.
Before moving to Las Vegas, Hemmersmeier covered government and development news in Southern Utah for The Spectrum & Daily News.
He is a native of Salt Lake City and graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2021 with a degree in multimedia journalism.
