CNBC staffer Matthews departs for JP Morgan

Korey Matthews

Korey Matthews, news associate at CNBC, has left to join JP Morgan as a research analyst.

Previously, Matthews has interned at CNBC, Skift, NBC New York, the International Center for Journalists, Bloomberg, Starfish Media Group in New York and SiriusXM in Washington.

Matthews has a bachelor’s degree in multimedia journalism from Morgan State University and a master’s degree in business and economics journalism from Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.
