Akin Oyedele has been named deputy editor of newsletters at Business Insider.
He previously spent five years leading its investing coverage. Previously, he has served as a markets reporter, senior reporter, correspondent and most recently as editor.
He has also interned at Bloomberg and was a news editor at Voice of Wits.
Oyedele holds a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
