Josh Schafer has been hired as a newsletter editor at Barron’s.
He has been at Yahoo Finance, most recently as a Yahoo Finance markets reporter. Before that, he had been working both reporting and producing roles.
Previously, he worked as a Wisconsin Athletics beat reporter at 247Sports. He also wrote features and game coverage for The Boston Globe’s Sports section. He interned at Yahoo.
Schafer has a bachelor’s degree in broadcast and digital journalism from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
