Giacomo Bologna has joined The Baltimore Sun’s business and health team reporting on development, real estate and health care.
He comes from the Baltimore Business Journal, where he covered tech, innovation and health care.
He also served as the lead reporter for Maryland Inno, a companion website that focuses on tech and innovation in the state. He has also worked freelance for the Mississippi Center for Investigative Reporting and was an investigative reporter and editor at The Clarion-Ledger in Mississippi.
Bologna also covered crime, courts and other breaking news for the Springfield News-Leader in Missouri. He also interned at Roll Call and The Flint Journal in Michigan.
Bologna graduated from University of Michigan, where he reported and edited for the student paper.
