Allison Rodriguez has moved over to KPNX, the NBC affiliate in Phoenix, as a morning co-anchor.

She starts her new role on the 12 News team’s “Today in AZ” on May 15.

Rodriguez left ABC affiliate KNXV in early April, where she had been morning anchor for the past three years.

Before that, she did a brief freelance stint as a reporter for KTVU in the SF Bay Area.

She previously worked as an MMJ at KNXV from 2013 until 2019.

A native of Chicago, she started her journalism career as an anchor and reporter in Yuma, AZ in 2011.
