Joshua Mann has been named editor of The National Observer email newsletter at American City Business Journals.
He previously was a senior reporter.
Mann has also been interim managing editor at the Birmingham Business Journal, and an energy reporter at the Houston Business Journal. He also worked at S&P Platts covering the oil market.
Mann has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston, where he was editor in chief of the student newspaper.
