WOOD TV8 in Grand Rapids Michigan is looking for a hardworking individual who loves television news and embraces the video production process. Join the legacy NBC affiliate as a Multi-Media Journalist putting together impactful content for the West Michigan community.  This role brings together all of your journalistic storytelling skills in crafting and producing stories for our newscasts and digital platforms.

• The Multi-media Journalist writes, shoots, edits, voices and reports on and off camera
• Feeds news production content for all platforms in a manner that is clear, engaging and meaningful to news consumers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent of education and related experience.
• Must have at least three years of reporting experience
• Have excellent communication skills
• Ability to ad lib
• Have a superior on-air presence.
