San Diego daily seeks retail/small biz reporter

U-T San Diego seeks a talented business reporter to cover retail/small business.

We’re looking for a writer who is eager to report on the fast-changing retail environment and also capture the entrepreneurial spirit and challenges these businesses face in Southern California. Successful applicants should be able to craft stories for online and print, and feel comfortable writing short dailies and longer pieces.

Multi-media skills a plus. Prefer reporters with at least two years of business writing experience.

Email resume, links to stories and any video to U-T San Diego Business Editor Diana McCabe at diana.mccabe@utsandiego.com with the word RETAIL in the subject heading.
