The Daily Beast has tapped Lachlan Cartwright as its editor-at-large. Previously, he held the post of senior reporter.
In his new role, Cartwright will succeed Lloyd Grove who will be retiring after more than four decades in journalism.
Previously, Cartwright was an executive editor at the National Enquirer and Radar Online. Before that, he was a column editor and reporter at the New York Daily News. He has also reported for the New York Post.
He was also a reporter and news editor at The Sun.
His work has also appeared in MSN, Yahoo and The Oklahoma Eagle.
