Ganda Suthivarakom, a special projects editor at Wirecutter, is set to leave the organization.
Suthivarakom joined Wirecutter in 2013 as a writer writing guides for the launch of The Sweethome, Wirecutter’s home site. Then, she became kitchen editor for The Sweethome and from there, she was promoted to the post of executive editor.
In 2017, she became strategy editor at the company and then served as acting editor-in-chief before being promoted to her current post.
Prior to joining Wirecutter, Suthivarakom was working freelance. Before that, she was lead project manager, edit and sales at Gawker Media. She also served as a digital content director at Bonnier Corporation.
In addition, Suthivarakom has served as a senior editor at Meredith Corporation and as a content manager at Penguin Group USA. She was also assistant editor at Barnes & Noble.com.
Suthivarakom holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
