The Society of American Business Editors and Writers will hold its annual fall conference in New York at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism on Oct. 1 and Oct. 2.
The conference will include a joint appearance of two of the most outspoken journalists on Wall Street, Bloomberg News’ Jonathan Weil and the Fox Business Network’s Charlie Gasparino, giving their uncensored view of Wall Street regulation – and the next big financial bombshell.
In addition, Starwood CEO Frits Van Paasschen and JetBlue COO Rob Maruster will talk about the future of the tourism industry.
Other speakers lined up for the conference include New York Stock Exchange chief operating officer Larry Liebowitz and Sanford Bernstein analyst Brad Hints. In addition, Mark Wager of Empire Blue Cross and Rima Cohen of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will discuss the early ramifications of health care reform.
