Quartz launches lifestyle newsletter

Financial news site Quartz has launched a weekly lifestyle newsletter called Quartzy.

The newsletter is run by global lifestyle correspondent Jenni Avins. Quartzy will cover culture, fashion, food, travel, art, and personal care.

Among Avin’s recent story topics are a Brazilian graffiti art show in Manhattan, the beachwear politics of “burkinis” in the south of France, how to use “fashion math” to upgrade your wardrobe, and renowned chef David Chang’s “unified theory of deliciousness.” The first edition can be found here.

The Quartz Daily Brief newsletter has played a significant role in Quartz’s four years since its launch and is a community of Quartz’s most loyal readers.  It provides the most important and interesting news from around the world, in your inbox every morning.

With more than 250,000 readers, almost half — 48 percent — of Daily Brief subscribers are in senior management, and 12 percent are C-level executives.
