Law360, news and analysis website for business lawyers, announced Thursday the official opening of its Los Angeles and Chicago Bureaus.
Megan Stride will join Law360 as the first member of its Chicago bureau, and Jonathan Randles and Zach Winnick will cover all developments in the Los Angeles courts as part of the new Los Angeles bureau. This will be in addition to the previously existing bureaus inWashington, D.C. and Wilmington, Del.
“We are delighted to have Megan, Jonathan and Zach on board with our expansion,” said Law360 co-founder Magnus Hoglund in a statement. “We are always looking for qualified talent and these three individuals will make a huge impact on our ability to report major legal developments across the country.”
Stride first joined Law360 in August 2009 as part of the New York newsroom. She left New York to return to her native Chicago to open the bureau in that city. She will cover the federal court system in Cook County and surrounding areas.
Randles, who joined Law360 in June 2011, was formerly a reporter for the Santa Clarita Signal where he worked as the public safety, Los Angeles County and City Hall reporter.
Winnick, a graduate of NYU Law School and admitted to the bar in both New York and California, joined Law360 in March 2011.
