Lorie Konish has been hired as a reporter covering personal finance at CNBC.com.
Prior to joining CNBC, Konish worked as an assistant managing editor for Investment News, a Crain’s publication.
She previously worked at On Wall Street magazine, where she won a Neal Award for her cover story on advisers working with clients with mental illness.
Prior to that, she covered life science venture capital investing at Dow Jones and interned at the Associated Press in Buenos Aires.
Konish has a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University.
