Rowena Edwards, a senior news reporter at Argus Media, is leaving the news organization for a new job in energy journalism.
Her last day is Monday.
Edwards has been at Argus for more than seven years in London. For the past two years, she has been its primary Iraq correspondent. She previously was deputy editor of oil products and senior Middle East correspondent.
As a senior reporter, she frequently traveled to the Middle East, North Africa and Europe to meet with oil ministry officials. This included meetings with the Iraqi oil minister and senior oil officials in Baghdad.
Edwards holds a bachelor’s degree from Durham University.
