Jensen Werley has been named Denver Business Journal’s new technology and health care reporter.
Managing editor Kourtney Geers writes, “She previously worked at DBJ sister publication Jacksonville Business Journal and most recently worked at Boulder-based BizWest, covering technology, startups, outdoor recreation, natural products, cannabis and breweries.
“A Florida native, Werley is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Journalism in Gainesville. While in school, she worked as an intern at the Gainesville Sun and The New York Post, and as a reporter/copy editor at the university’s independent school newspaper, The Alligator.
“Werley takes over the technology and health care beats from Andrew Dodson, who recently began covering commercial and residential real estate for DBJ.”
