Consuelo Mack is an American business news journalist and host of “WealthTrack,” a nationally syndicated business news program presented by WLIW-TV in New York City.
She spoke with TheStreet.com about how more women are getting into financial journalism.
“It has really heartened to me a great deal to see on TheStreet.com, for instance at CNBC, where I was used to work, at The Wall Street Journal, there are many more women going into financial journalism,” said Mack.
“I would say to any women in industry, No. 1 it is like any other profession, there is a certain, you know, lingo to it,” said Mack. “You can learn it just as well as the guys can.”
