Tulsa World business editor John Stancavage unveiled changes to the paper’s business section in his Sunday column, including cutting stock listings during the week.
Among the changes, Stancavage said, were, “A few weeks ago, we discontinued our second technology page in the Sunday section to make room for more local news and better graphic presentation of those stories.
“At the same time, we increased the size of the FYI section (all local) on page 3 and created a more appealing format for Business People on page 2. “To top off all of that, we redesigned our cover to make it easier for you to find what you want inside. “We also streamlined our Monday Business page to make it more attractive and to accommodate breaking news.
“Starting this Tuesday, we’ve got more in store for you, including:
- A new Money & Markets page.Â
- A weekly energy page.Â
- A weekly agribusiness page.Â
- A place for guest articles by local business people.Â
- An exclusive, in-depth interview with an area business man or woman.Â
- A new cover design.
