Sophie Kleeman will be joining Insider’s investigations team as a senior editor next week.
Previously, she held the post of essays and features editor at the company.
Kleeman has also worked freelance and was a news editor at Gizmodo. She has covered social media and the Internet as a staff writer for Gizmodo.
She was also an editorial fellow, news desk staff writer and then tech staff writer at Mic. She has also interned at The New York Times Magazine, MSNBC, Gothamist and The New Presence Magazine.
Kleeman is a B.A. in journalism and anthropology from New York University.
