Kim Hart, a national technology correspondent at Axios, has left to join AT&T, where she will be working on policy and corporate communications.
Her new role begins Aug. 16.
Hart joined Axios in 2016 as a tech editor. She then served as managing editor, before becoming cities correspondent. She was also director, corporate communications at Neustar, Inc.
She has also written and edited for Politico and was a tech reporter and editor, Hillicon Valley blog at The Hill. She was also a staff writer, financial desk at The Washington Post.
She was also an assistant editor at The News-Press and has held the posts of contributing writer and editorial assistant at The Baltimore Sun and American Journalism Review, respectively.
Hart earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations from University of Florida and has a master’s degree in journalism – public affairs from University of Maryland.
