Vikas Kumar, a senior editor at The Capitol Forum, writes about how a company, Zynex, harassed its staff after it wrote critical stories.

Kumar writes, “As we started working to expose Zynex, its CEO thought it would be a good idea to hire private investigators to follow us around and harass us. In an effort to slow us down–which obviously didn’t work–they sent us inappropriate packages in the mail, signed us up for therapy sessions, and took pictures of our families and children.

“After doing this for many years, we know that the companies that threaten us have the most to hide. The threats and harassment only encourage us to work harder.

“I’m proud of the work our team has done in exposing the improper billing practices. For Zynex, there is still regulatory overhang. The FBI and others are actively investigating the company — a fact that Zynex still has not disclosed to investors.”
