Kumar writes, “As we started working to expose Zynex, its CEO thought it would be a good idea to hire private investigators to follow us around and harass us. “I’m proud of the work our team has done in exposing the improper billing practices. For Zynex, there is still regulatory overhang. The FBI and others are actively investigating the company — a fact that Zynex still has not disclosed to investors.”
