Wall Street Journal reporter Katherine Blunt is shifting to a new beat covering Google and Alphabet and how artificial intelligence changes how we search for information.

Blunt has been covering energy for The Journal for the past six years. She previously worked at The Houston Chronicle covering energy and retail.
She also worked for the San Antonio Express-News covering transportation.
