Travel industry news site Skift has laid off eight employees, including one editorial staffer, our of more than 90 employees.
“Skift has initiated a small restructuring to better align our resources with our strategic goals for 2025 and beyond,” said CEO and founder Rafat Ali in a message. “We remain profitable with double digit growth and are committed to smarter, sustainable and exceptional journalism for the year ahead.”
Skift provides news, research, events, and creative services to key stakeholders globally in the travel industry.
Ali started Skift in December 2011.
