Reuters announced Friday the launch of two newsletters — “Reuters Arabic Briefing” and “Gulf Currents.”
“Reuters Arabic Briefing” offers Arabic-speaking audiences a daily roundup of coverage across breaking news, politics, business, finance and technology. It is helmed by Reuters Arabic desk editor Muhammad Yamany, an editor with more than two decades of experience.
“Gulf Currents” provides roundup of geopolitics, energy and finance news from around the Gulf. Published every Thursday, the newsletter is led by Reuters deputy gulf bureau chief Andrew Mills and a team of industry news correspondents.
Reuters has been expanding its Middle East business, adding digital subscriptions in the region, a new Arabic website and the inaugural Reuters NEXT Gulf in October 2025.
