
The Orlando Business Journal has hired Orlando Comas as its new publisher.
He is replacing Ann-Marie Hayward, who was publisher for three years.
Comas is the founder of OLOC Consulting, a marketing consulting firm focusing on digital strategy development and implementation. He also was head of advertising for the National Trust for Local News, based in Miami.
He also spent 16 years at McClatchy Media, including time as vice president of sales, and at Knight Ridder Digital in sales positions.
Comas holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Florida International University.
