Investor’s Business Daily has hired Harriet Weber as a reporter.
She is primarily covering energy, artificial intelligence infrastructure and finance.
Weber has been a freelancer for the past seven years, including writing Popular Science’s “Ask Us Anything” series. During that time, she worked as a senior editor at Quartz on a contract basis. She also worked as a reporter for TechCrunch and at dot.LA.
She has also been news editor and executive editor at VentureBeat.
Weber attended the Parsons School of Design.
