Fierce Biotech has hired Marissa Russo as a staff writer.
She previously was a fellow at STAT News covering breaking news and scientific studies. She has also freelanced for the Night Science Institute.
Russo holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and a doctorate from the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
