The Houston Business Journal has hired Erica Ponder to be its managing editor.
Ponder has been an editor at Vaskey Media Group in Houston. She also spent four years as a digital content producer for KPRC in Houston.
Ponder also worked at KIAH-TV and ABC13 in digital content roles.
Ponder has a Bachelor of Arts in mass communication from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Arts in digital media from Sam Houston State University.
