Reuters has named Colleen Jenkins as White House editor.
She previously was a 2024 election editor and a national affairs editor focused on enterprise stories.
She was also a deputy U.S. elections editor.
Jenkins has been with Reuters since March 2011, first as a Southeast correspondent and then as editor in charge of the Southeast.
She previously worked for the Tampa Bay Times as a reporter for eight years. Jenkins is a UNC-Chapel Hill graduate.
