Business Insider has hired Megan Arnold as deputy editor of BI Live.
Arnold will help develop and curate a slate of events that bring Business Insider’s journalism to life through interactive formats. Arnold’s arrival marks the next chapter of BI Live’s mission — turning its journalism into moments that connect decision-makers, spark honest dialogue, and bring Business Insider’s reporting on business, tech, and innovation to life.
She will report to Kim Last, editorial director of BI Live.
Most recently, Arnold led Fortune’s first video news desk and helped launch its fast-growing podcast business. Before that, she produced for CBSNews.com, MoneyWatch.com, and “The Early Show.”
She is a University of Kansas graduate.
