Bloomberg launches personal finance website, TV show

Bloomberg is launching Bloomberg Money, a personal finance website, and “Bloomberg Money,” an hourlong live weekly program premiering on Friday.
Bloomberg Money provides readers with strategies and intelligence for making the most of their money. Tapping Bloomberg’s trusted journalism and data-driven tools, Money coverage focuses on investing, retirement, real estate, taxes, inheritance and spending.
Airing Fridays live from noon to  1 p.m. ET on Bloomberg TV, “Bloomberg Money” will be hosted by Tom Keene and Scarlet Fu. The show will take the pulse of viewers’ financial lives through reporting and conversations with influential voices about the trends and ideas shaping how money is made, spent and invested.
Bloomberg Money’s efforts include a digital hub highlighting the team’s enterprise reporting, practical guides, explainers and utility tools. A flagship Money newsletter will publish three times a week, and a live data dashboard will track key financial indicators.
The website will also include an ETF strategy column written by Bloomberg Intelligence’s Eric Balchunas.
Bloomberg’s existing personal finance coverage includes John Stepek’s daily newsletter “Money Distilled” and Merryn Somerset Webb’s “Merryn Talks Money” podcast. Bloomberg’s “Where to Invest” franchise will expand with more frequent reports providing actionable insights for readers.
Bloomberg Money will be available in both the US and UK, offering region-specific reporting tailored to audiences.
