Almar Latour, CEO of Dow Jones and publisher of The Wall Street Journal, sent out the following:
Colleagues,
I am pleased to announce that Vincent Bahk is joining Dow Jones as Head of Brand and Experiences. His first day is today.
In this new role, Vincent will lead our enterprise brand strategy and oversee Dow Jones-branded events production and experiences globally for all parts of our company—two dynamic areas that are pivotal to our continued growth.
Vincent brings deep experience managing brand and marketing across complex B2B and B2C organizations. Most recently, he led marketing at FIS (Fidelity National Information Services), a global financial technology firm with 44,000 employees. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at advertising and media agencies like Organic, an Omnicom subsidiary, Moven and Digitas, helping global brands such as American Express navigate digital transformation, build connected customer experiences and create integrated marketing programs at scale.
Vincent will work closely with teams and leaders across the company to ensure our brand strategy, experiences, and events help deliver our strategy and ambitions, while also aligning our brand with internal and external communications. He reports to me and joins the ELT.
Andrew Essex will continue in his capacity as brand director in residence, helping define and refine the direction of our Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal brands on a project-by-project basis.
Please join me in welcoming Vincent to Dow Jones.
Almar
