Daisy Lester, ecommerce writer at The Independent, has been upped to senior ecommerce writer. In her new role, she will cover product and lifestyle news.
Lester joined The Independent in September 2020 as a freelance reporter and was then named production assistant. She has interned at The Sun, the Daily Mirror and NME.
Lester has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester and a master’s degree from Goldsmiths, University of London.
