Ross Lydall, city hall editor at the London Evening Standard, has also taken on the role of transport editor. Lydall has been with the Evening Standard for more than 10 years.
He joined as a royal correspondent and has served as chief news correspondent and health editor. Previously, he worked as the Evening Standard’s City Hall editor from 2002 to 2008. He was also a political editor at The Scotsman.
Lydall graduated from the University of Strathclyde.
