Gillian Turner has taken on the dual role of anchor and State Department and foreign policy correspondent at Fox News.
In her new role, Turner will cover international and domestic issues at the U.S. State Department.
She joined in 2014 as a contributor, and later became correspondent. In this role, she has covered the coronavirus pandemic, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the Black Lives Matter protests.
She also served as a substitute anchor on several news programs, including Fox News Sunday and America Reports.
Previously, she worked with former National Security Adviser Jim Jones as VP of Jones Group International.
She also received the National Security Council Outstanding Service Award for her work during the Bush administration as a research assistant in the Office of the National Security Adviser.
Turner has a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a master’s degree from the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
