Demetrio Teniente IV, a lead digital sports producer at the Dallas Morning News, has been appointed to the post of assistant online sports editor.
Previously, Teniente served as a digital sports producer. He was a digital sports producer and social media producer at the Houston Chronicle.
He was a sports editor at Houston Community Newspapers and Media Group. He interned at CBS Radio. He also held the posts of associate sports editor and sports editor at The Daily Campus, University of Connecticut’s student paper.
Teniente has a B.A. in journalism from Southern Methodist University.
