CBS News has taken on Fin Daniel Gomez as a political director. He was previously a White House producer/journalist.
Before that, he was at Fox News, where he held various roles, including White House producer, special events and politics producer, and Miami field producer. He has also worked as a contributing writer on politics and Latin America, and then as a special campaign correspondent at Fox News Latino.
He also served as an associate producer/production associate at ABC News.
Gomez graduated from Loyola University Maryland.
